The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) has announced the release of the Alt Fuels Colorado station grant Request for Applications (RFA), funding round 1.  Links to the RFA and supporting documents may be found on the Colorado Energy Office website, under the Alt Fuels CO RFA tab.

Alt Fuels Colorado is a jointly managed program of the Regional Air Quality Council (RAQC) and CEO that will provide funding for alternative fueling infrastructure and alternative fuel vehicles. CEO will administer infrastructure grants and RAQC will administer vehicle grants

The station grant application schedule is as follows:

Thursday, June 26: RFA launch

Thursday, July 3: Pre-Bid meeting at 10:00 AM (MST)

Tuesday, July 8: Written questions due

Friday, July 11:  FAQ posted to the CEO website

Thursday, July 24: Applications due at 11:00 PM (MST)

Eligible parties for vehicle infrastructure include fuel station operators in the State of Colorado. Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting on Thursday, July 3. Any program updates or changes will be posted to the CEO website.

The RAQC will hold an informational workshop related to the vehicle aspect of the Alt Fuels Colorado program on July 31. Please check the RAQC and Clean Air Fleets in the coming weeks for further details.
