Special RAQC Board Meeting
The RAQC Board agreed to hold a special meeting to continue discussions from its March 4 meeting on some legislative actions.
Agenda items:
- Regional Haze SIP -- consider a motion to support approval of the Regional Haze SIP, as adopted by the Air Quality Control Commission, before Legislative Council and the General Assembly
- HB 1275 concerning diesel engine idling -- review bill, offer any comments, and consider taking a position on the bill
