• EPA publishes the Proposed Rule for Determinations of Attainment by the Attainment Date, Extensions of the Attainment Date and Reclassification of Several Areas Classified as Marginal for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards  in the Federal Register Vol. 78 ,  Number 166,  August 27, 2015
• The Denver Metro/North Front Range area is proposed to be reclassified from Marginal to Moderate nonattainment and will have a deadline to submit a State Implementation Plan (SIP)  sometime between January 2017 and March 2017.
