EPA delays the release of the final ozone NAAQS until December 31, 2010

EPA announced it is delaying the release of the final ozone NAAQS until approximately December 31, 2010.  In the motion filed with the court, EPA requests the court to continue to hold in abeyance the pending litigation on the 2008 ozone NAAQS while EPA completes the reconsideration rulemaking.  The motion says EPA needs an additional 2 months, until December 31, to sign the ozone NAAQS rule.
