Rick Garcia
Rick Garcia is the Rocky Mountain Regional Director for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He is formerly a Councilmember for the City and County of Denver as well as a board member and served as Chair of DRCOG. Previously, he was an elected member of RTD’s Board of Directors, where he was instrumental in advancing transit in the Denver metro area. He has made economic revitalization, access to new transit and business development his policy priorities. Mr. Garcia serves on the Regional Air Quality Council in an advisory position.
