The Honorable Julie Cozad is a Weld County Commissioner. Prior to becoming a Weld County Commissioner, she served as the Mayor Pro Tem for Milliken from 2010-2014 and represented Milliken on several boards and commissions during her tenure on the Town Board from 2006-2014. In addition, she spent nearly 20 years as a Land Use Planner, in both the public and private sectors. She spent time with the Weld County Planning Department, Hall-Irwin, and Tetra-Tech. Commissioner Cozad serves in several boards and commissions including the North Front Range Water Quality Control Board and Executive Committee, the Freedom Parkway (WCR 54) Coalition, Chair, and the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization. Commissioner Cozad serves on the Regional Air Quality Council as representative of the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization. Her term expires April 30, 2019.
