Manny Rutinel
Manny Rutinel is the CEO of Climate Refarm—a company leveraging carbon markets to pay food providers to switch to plant-based options. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School. After law school, he was an Attorney for Earthjustice. Before law school, he was an economist for the US Army Corps of Engineers, where he also served as a First Responder in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. Mr. Rutinel holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and both a B.S. in Microbiology and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida. He serves on the Regional Air Quality Council as a representative of the general public. His term expires April 20, 2026.
