Control Strategy Committee: Oil & Gas Technical Work Group

This is the RAQC’s technical working group to develop specific emissions control strategy white papers for RAQC board consideration.  The following topics are the current areas of focus:  Flaring minimization, episodic emissions, zero-emitting pneumatic controllers and emission offsets or aggregation of wellhead and production facility equipment when permitting oil and gas minor sources.  These are working meetings and attendees are encouraged to volunteer their time to actively participate in the development process.
