The mission of the Operations Committee is to provide oversight on the operations and business matters of the Regional Air Quality Council. Board Members and staff will review and provide input on fiduciary and human resources issues. Areas of focus include a review of organization’s bylaws, budget and contract management improvements, revenue and funding security, staff and Member policy reviews, and performance management modernization.
