30% Off Electric Lawn and Garden Equipment

SB23-016 identified a state income tax credit of 33% of the purchase price for new, electric-powered lawn equipment during 2024-2026. Buyers were allowed a 30% credit.

Community Clean Transportation Assistance Grant Funding Program (CCTAP)

This program is funded from the Nonattainment Area Air Pollution Mitigation Enterprise (NAAPME). The CCTAP “will support the mitigation of the environmental and health impacts of increased air pollution from motor vehicle emissions in the Denver and North Front Range Ozone Nonattainment Area.”
