Kyra Reumann-Moore
Air Quality Planning and Policy Manager; Board Secretary and Engagement SpecialistKyra Reumann-Moore joined the Regional Air Quality Council in April 2024. She is an Air Quality Planning and Policy Manager, focusing on air quality control strategies, the Ozone State Implementation Plan process, and engaging with key stakeholders and partners in the RAQC’s planning and policy work. Kyra is also the Board Secretary and Engagement Specialist for the RAQC.
Previously, Kyra worked as a consultant with the City of Detroit’s Office of Disability Affairs on addressing housing accessibility and as a researcher for the Detroit Financial Well-Being Innovation Challenge through Poverty Solutions at the University of Michigan. She also worked at the World Resources Institute on creating networks to support public-private partnerships for sustainable development and at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on improving water quality by reducing nutrient pollution. Kyra holds a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Michigan’s Ford School of Public Policy and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
