Haley Mendoza

Haley Mendoza joined the RAQC in May of 2025. As the Clean Air Program Coordinator, Haley facilitates Engines Off at Schools, and Accessible Bikes for Community (ABC) programs, as well as supporting the Simple Steps. Better Air. program.

Before joining the RAQC, Haley worked as an intern for the City of Fort Collins Water Conservation team, where she created a program focused on water-efficient households through community events and education. She received her bachelor’s degree in ecosystem science and sustainability with a focus on policy and a minor in Spanish from Colorado State University.
