Jane Allen

Jane joined the RAQC in November 2025 as a Clean Air Program Coordinator. In this role, she supports the Clean Air Auto Repair (CAAR) program, which helps vehicle owners access resources to repair their emission systems, reducing harmful pollutants from being emitted and fostering cleaner, healthier communities.

Prior to joining the RAQC, Jane worked on the Public Affairs team at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), where she strengthened engagement with local communities in the Denver Metro region and connected them with the lab’s clean energy research. Prior to this, she worked for an environmental advocacy organization advancing equitable transition pathways for energy workers and communities across Colorado.

Jane holds an M.S. in Climate Change & Society from North Carolina State University and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Northern Colorado.
