Amanda Brimmer joined the RAQC in July of 2014 as the Technical Program Manager. In this role, Amanda works in collaboration with internal and external staff to perform specialized work in air quality management and planning, manages complex planning efforts and provides technical direction and support for Council activities.

Prior to joining the RAQC, Amanda was a Principal Air Quality/Transportation Planner with the North Central Texas Council of Governments.  Amanda graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned a master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas, Arlington.
