Marguerite Harden

Marguerite Harden is the Local Resiliency Manager at the State Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), Colorado Resiliency Office where she leads resilience planning and implementation, has established Colorado’s first microgrids grant program, and advances climate resilience work with State and local government partners. Prior to DOLA, she has directed philanthropic, nonprofit, and public-sector programs that advance clean energy, climate change, sustainability, and planning. She serves on the RAQC as the alternate for the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA).
