Matt Mines joined the RAQC in March of 2015 as the Program Coordinator for the Charge Ahead Colorado program.   As a member of the Mobile Sources team,  Matt works on the implementation of the various Mobile Source Programs offered by the RAQC.  His work primarily focuses on incentivizing electric vehicles and electric vehicle supply equipment as well as program implementation and outreach.

Matt has a BA in English and Psychology from the University of Colorado – Boulder and an MA from the University of Denver in International Development with a concentration in Environmental Sustainability. Prior to joining the RAQC, Matt worked in Cambodia as a Communications Officer, for ICLEI as the Regional Officer for the Mountain States Region conducting emissions inventories and advising on sustainability initiatives for local governments and as an Energy Advisor for the Denver Energy Challenge.
