RAQC Opens ALT Fuels Colorado Application

The Regional Air Quality Council is pleased to open applications for the ALT Fuels Colorado vehicle grant. RAQC is offering funding to incentivize the purchase or lease of new Original Equipment Manufacturer, class 2 – 8, compressed natural gas, propane, electric, and CNG bi-fuel vehicles.

The application guide, application questions and other grant resources can be found on the ALT Fuels Colorado Homepage on the Clean Air Fleets website. All applications must be submitted electronically. A link to the application can be found below and on the program webpage. Please note: the online application will only be active through Nov. 17, 2017.

Public, non-profit and private fleets domiciled in or near the Colorado ozone nonattainment and/or carbon monoxide maintenance areas and operating predominately in the ozone nonattainment and/or carbon monoxide maintenance area. These areas include Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, parts of Larimer, parts of Weld, parts of El Paso, and parts of Teller Counties. All questions must be sent in writing to the grant’s program coordinator, Kaylyn Bopp, at kbopp@raqc.org. To the best of RAQC’s ability, all questions will be answered within 3 business days. Technical questions may take longer to answer. Answers will be posted on www.cleanairfleets.org.
