Jacob LaBure
Program ManagerJacob LaBure joined the RAQC in November of 2022. As a Program Manager, Jacob oversees the RAQC’s Mobile Source Programs, including Engines Off, Clean Air Auto Repair (CAAR), and Accessible Bikes for Community (ABC) in addition to managing the Mow Down Pollution Program.
Jacob joined RAQC after ten years with Denver’s city government. In addition to his role at RAQC, he also serves as a Lakewood City Council member. Jacob has served on the board of the Denver Regional Council of Governments and has been a featured speaker at several local government and green industry conferences and events. Jacob also helped shape state regulations related to the transition to clean landscape maintenance and lawn and garden equipment. He holds an MBA and a BA in Political Science with a minor in Public Administration.
