Raissa Leonard

Raissa Leonard is the Grants and Contracts Manager.  In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the management of grant and contract funding within the organization including financial tracking and reporting of awarded funds. She works closely with planning and programs staff and external funding agencies to ensure funds are used effectively and according to terms. She joined the RAQC in October 2019 as the Administrative Coordinator.

Prior to working at the Regional Air Quality Council, Raissa’s work experience included employment in commercial property management and retail office management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
