The Moderate Area State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 8-Hour Ozone Standard was adopted by the Air Quality Control Commission on November 17, 2016. A public hearing was held in advance of the adoption. Below are links to the SIP Narrative with accompanying revised regulations as well as supplementary Technical Support Documents (TSD) that were adopted as part of the SIP package. The SIP is anticipated to be submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Spring 2017.
