RAQC’s Local Government Resource Library

The RAQC is committed to helping local governments design and implement policies that help their communities improve their air quality. Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure

Develop and implement building codes that require new construction have electric vehicle charging capabilities.

Each multi-family use shall provide a minimum of one (1) parking space dedicated to electric vehicles for every twenty five (25) parking spaces provided on-site.

Green Building

Establish requirements for new builds to be sustainable and energy efficient.
