Air Pollution Control Division

The Air Pollution Control Division (APCD) is a branch of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment that improves the quality of the air by enforcing pollution laws, reviewing permits, performing compliance inspections, monitoring outdoor air, and overseeing the automobile emission testing program.
