As of June 2019 this committee has been combined with other strategy committees into one Control Strategy Committee. 

The focus of this committee was on the evaluation of potential control strategies related to point and area sources.  Topics discussed and evaluated include Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for major point sources, oil and gas controls, electric generating units (EGU), architectural and industrial maintenance (AIM) coatings, and consumer products.
