Ozone Transport Commission

The Ozone Transport Commission is a multi-state organization founded in 1991 and required under the 1990 Clean Air Act amendments. They are responsible for advising EPA on air pollution transport issues and for developing and implementing regional solutions to the ground-level ozone problem in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
