EPA publishes the Proposed Rule for Determinations for the 2008 Ozone NAAQS

The Denver Metro/North Front Range area is proposed to be reclassified from Marginal to Moderate nonattainment and will have a deadline to submit a State Implementation Plan (SIP) sometime between January 2017 and March 2017.
